Isaiah 60 Declaration for the 60 Intersections of Violence and Injustice

Father, we come to you in the name of Jesus, and by the power of Your Holy Spirit.  We declare that, according to Psalm 24, the earth is yours and all its fullness, the world and all those who dwell therein.  For You have founded it upon the seas and established it upon the waters.  This intersection, ___________________________, belongs to You!

As your sons and daughters, we stand upon this ground and speak peace to these streets. We magnify the name of Jehovah Shalom at this intersection and take authority over all chaos, confusion, fear and distraction.  Peace, be still, in Jesus’ name!

Father, we thank You for the precious blood of Jesus that cleanses and covers us.  We declare that this assignment, and all connected to it, is covered in the blood of the Son, and as such, we are hidden from the enemy.  Lord Jesus, we come into agreement with the living intercession that is flowing from Your throne (Hebrews 7:25) on behalf of the people connected to this intersection as well as all the prayers of the saints for this ground in times past.  We thank You that these prayers are all moving in agreement to see Your kingdom break in at this gateway.

Father, Your word says (Isaiah 28:6) that You will be strength to those who turn back the battle at the gate.  Further, Jesus stated that the gates of hell would not prevail against His church.  As we stand at this gateway, we declare that hell will not prevail and that heaven is breaking in.  We declare the finished work of the cross at this gateway and stand firm against the assault of the adversary and his hosts.  We declare that the battle must turn at this gate!  Light be - darkness flee!

Lift up your heads, oh you gates!  Make way for the One who is mighty in battle, the Lord of Hosts!  We declare that this gate belongs to the King of Glory, and that angel armies are dispatched to secure this gate.  We agree, Father, with the assignments that you have given these angels to assist us in our work and declare that there are more for us than against us.

Father, in the name of Jesus, we appropriate the blood of the Lamb to the very places that bloodshed has occurred at this intersection.  Jesus, Your blood speaks a better word, and we silence all cries for vengeance or retaliation.  Instead, we magnify the sound of mercy.  We break the curses associated with this bloodshed in the name of Jesus, the One who bore the curse upon Himself.

We speak healing to the land and break off trauma, in Jesus' name.  We proclaim the healing power of the Lord Jesus into the atmosphere and erase the memory of fear and death the acts committed on this sight have produced.  Lord, we thank You that you still heal the broken hearted and set the oppressed free.  We declare that Your healing power destroys trauma and restores innocence.

Jehovah Jireh, we magnify You at this gateway.  We declare that You are a source of hope and provision for those in need.  We break the power of hopelessness that has come from generations of trauma and poverty.  We say, hope arise!  We declare that You are the answer for decades of deep poverty.  We decree that the sound of the altar of Jehovah Jireh speaks louder than poverty.  Father, we come before you and repent for the redlining practices instituted over 80 years ago that are still impacting this intersection and neighborhood.  Let justice roll like a mighty river.  We set the axe to the root of poverty and the effects of redlining at this gateway and declare a turn around, in Jesus’ name!

Lord, from this gateway to all 60 of the gateways, we loose the power of Your light.  Shatter the darkness that has settled at these intersections, in Jesus' name.  We proclaim that the synergy of intercession is moving at all of these gates to cause Kingdom order to come.  Violence must stop, as we release the blood bought Shalom that destroys the authority attached to this murder and chaos, in the powerful name of Jesus!  We declare Isaiah 60:1-2 and 18 over this gate:

Arise, shine; For your light has come!

And the glory of the Lord is risen upon you.

For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth,

And deep darkness the people;

But the Lord will arise over you,

And his glory will be seen upon you . . .

Violence shall no longer be heard in your land,Neither wasting nor destruction within your borders;But you shall call your walls Salvation,And your gates Praise.
